Required Qualifications:

MS in Electrical Engineering is required with specialization in Circuit Design. (3 years’xperience)
Or BS in Electrical Engineering is required with specialization in Circuit Design. (5 years’ experience)

Summary of Role:

Knowledge in high performance and low power circuit design in FinFET, FDSOI and CMOS technology.
Experience in Standard Cell cicuit design, Digital and Analog circuit design with emphasis in FDSOI and FinFET technologies.
Expertise in Simulation and knowledge of standard cells timing, power and noise analysis
Capability to work in a Design and Technology Co-Optimization team
Functional and Timing verification of SOC design involving Tapeout. Silicon debug and ariation/correlation analysis
Expert user of Design Simulators such as Hspice, Spectre and shells/perl/python/ocean scripts
Proficiency in Logic Design, Verilog, Synthesis and Place and Route tools.
Ability to supervise and guide layout engineers.
Strong understanding of device physics.
Proficiency to write technical manuscripts.
Understanding of foundry manufacturing techniques.
Experience with programming languages such as Python, TCL, shell, Perl, C, C++
Knowledge in backend verification using industry standard tools.
Familiarity with Design For Test (DFT).
Strong Oral and Communication skills.
