Sr Eng Design Enablement /Circuit Design

Required Qualifications:
- MS in Electrical Engineering is required with specialization in Circuit Design. (3 years’xperience)
- Or BS in Electrical Engineering is required with specialization in Circuit Design. (5 years’ experience)
Summary of Role:
- Knowledge in high performance and low power circuit design in FinFET, FDSOI and CMOS technology.
- Experience in Standard Cell cicuit design, Digital and Analog circuit design with emphasis in FDSOI and FinFET technologies.
- Expertise in Simulation and knowledge of standard cells timing, power and noise analysis
- Capability to work in a Design and Technology Co-Optimization team
- Functional and Timing verification of SOC design involving Tapeout. Silicon debug and ariation/correlation analysis
- Expert user of Design Simulators such as Hspice, Spectre and shells/perl/python/ocean scripts
- Proficiency in Logic Design, Verilog, Synthesis and Place and Route tools.
- Ability to supervise and guide layout engineers.
- Strong understanding of device physics.
- Proficiency to write technical manuscripts.
- Understanding of foundry manufacturing techniques.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, TCL, shell, Perl, C, C++
- Knowledge in backend verification using industry standard tools.
- Familiarity with Design For Test (DFT).
- Strong Oral and Communication skills.
