- At least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Ability to articulate the business case for energy efficiency along with standard, key energy efficiency metrics.
- Basic understanding of energy efficiency solutions and market potential
- Prior reference or performance review indicating success at launching a prior project or solid achievement in customer-facing, field based role.
- Patience and persistence in working with multiple stakeholders toward common goals.
- Basic Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills. • Solid interpersonal skills and self-motivation.
- Advanced business development and highly touted negotiation skills
- Solid outreach, solicitation, and customer management skills.
- Ability to work with all levels of internal staff, stakeholders, and outside clients and channel partners
- Creative problem solving skills with ability to analyze situations, identify existing or potential problems, and recommend solutions, using all available resources.
Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institution with 4 to 5 years’ experience in energy efficiency / thermal industry
