Job Description
the position of Sr. HR Executive (Male only)
Experience: 1-3 yrs.
Location: Vimannagar, Pune
Notice Period: 10 days Max.
Job Description:
- Looking for a candidate strong & knowledge into Statutory compliance – Contract labour and others HR activities.
Key skills:
- Recruitment and Talent acquisition, Employee relations and Administrative skill
- Payroll, Time keeping and Leave Management, Statutory compliance – Contract labour
- ISO documentation , Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Co-ordination with employees to set up their goals and objectives.
- Explaining the guidelines of PMS to manager and employees.
- Implementation of PMS policies to all employees.
- Collecting PMS rating from superior and prepare bell curve for each function.
Employee Data/ HR Systems:
- Maintenance & update of Employee Personal Files in the HR System (including filing of hard copies)
- Maintaining Employee RAG (Required- Available – Gap)
- Gather, update and prepare weekly HR reports for submission to management & Group HR
- Ensure that all jobs have a updated job description
Employee Grievances:
- Employee grievances management & query solution.
- Handle leave schedule and conflicts.
Employee Engagement:
- Birthday celebration, festival celebration.
- R & R co-ordination.
