Job Description
Ø Handling end to end recruitment
Ø Handling Business development Part.
Ø Interacting with clients and understanding the requirements.
Ø Posting job description on job boards, and tracking posting status and results.
Ø Sourcing talent through Job portals.( Times,Naukari etc)
Ø Job Porting & Bulk Mailing.
Ø Contacting candidates, following-up with candidates, and managing candidate pipeline.
Ø Scrutinizing, pre-screening & Tele-interviewing the candidates.
Ø Scheduling interviews, briefing and debriefing candidates before & after interviews.
Ø Coordinating with the Client.
Ø Taking feedback after interview from candidates and client.
Ø Maintaining database of prospective candidates.
Ø Maintaining timely documentation of all conversation with candidates within our internal database.
Ø Presenting candidates to our management team applying high quality standards.
