Job Description
· Having experience at least 2-3 successful projects preference will be given for ZOHO ERP / ANY OTHER ERP
· Identify problematic areas in software as well as IT issues and implement strategic solutions in time.
· Responsible for protecting company data, implementing Cyber Security protocol & fully responsible for restoring data if any incident occurs in time.
· IT vendor coordination (IT asset, software & software license)
· Expertise in data center management and data governance
· Sound knowledge in ITGC (Information Technology General Control)
· Upgrading, Installing & configure new hardware and software to meet company objectives.
· Knowledge of upgrading Utility/Application Software like g-mail, outlook, office etc.
· Very Sound knowledge in Google-sheet/Excel
