• Excellent knowledge on Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel.

• Resolve Issue within SLA of Incident/Service Request.

• Good knowledge about disk partition, recover system, install drivers, and any software’s

• Creation and Modification in Active Directory/Group Policies

• Resolve any issue or Configuration in IOS Devices like- MAC, iPhone

• Can ready video conferencing for meeting with both OS Machines like- Mac or Windows

• Printer Installation, Printer Troubleshooting, Printer Mapping
