Job Description

Sr. Manager/Manager – Customer Service - 1 Position

Key responsibilities:

The candidate is responsible for improving the customer service processes.
Ensure that all client queries/complaints are resolved with-in defined TAT ensuring the highest client satisfaction
At time, required to talk to clients, whose queries can’t be answered by his/her team members
Keep an open eye for any query/complaint posted by any client anywhere on the web.
Train and teach team about customer service and communicating with clients
Maintain relevant data and share related MIS with senior management on regular basis.

Minimum Educational Qualification: Post graduate degree in Business Administration from a reputed institution

Professional Qualification:

Relevant experience: At least 3 years of experience in Customer Service or client facing role in the service industry.
Experience in managing team of 10-12 members
Good knowledge of MS Office Suite
Analytical, ambitious, committed, and hardworking
Good communication skills
Knowledge of Kannada, Tamil, Marathi, or/and Bengali will be an advantage
