Job Description
- Responsible for end to end payroll process.
- Coordinating with the departments to make sure employee HR dues/ bills payments are disbursed on time.
- Attendance and office management
- Employee engagement activities
- Managing grievances & disciplinary issues
- Coordinating and implementing the various company policies
- Filling returns under the Factory Act, ESIC, PF etc
- Handling labour issues
- Maintenance of Employee records, Time office keeping, Pest control, Safety measures
- Administration at the Plant / Unit
- Managing filing and operational work in HRD.
- provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form, compiling reports and preparing spreadsheets, updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records
- Proper flow of calendars of the HR management team

We are an ISO 9001:2008 certified company primarily engaged in the business of designing and manufacturing of Enclosures of Energy Meters, LT/HT Distribution Boxes and Panels, Junction Boxes, Feeder Pillars and other Power Distribution and Circuit Protection Switchgears made from Mild Steel, Stainless Steel in fabrication and deep drawn process along with Sheet Moulding Compound and Bulk Moulding Compound (DMC) materials. We also undertake contracts involving laying of energy transmission lines and establishing electric substation, fixing of new energy meters and shifting of existing energy meters etc in different regions of the country. In the fiscal year 2015-16 we have undertaken work of laying of power cable project for Churu, Sujangarh, Ladnu, Ratangarh, Sadulpur and Phalodi circles of Jodhpur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited – A Rajasthan State Government Company.
Our company was incorporated in year 1994 as RFH Metal Castings Private Limited. We became a public limited company in the year 2008 and were rechristened as RFH Metals Castings Limited. In 2016 the name was changed to RMC Switch Gears Limited.
