We are seeking a Senior PR Executive preferably from healthcare or medical industry, to nurture a strong industry network, increase awareness and develop an enviable corporate image by developing and executing effective communication and media relations programs.

• Develop PR strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to improve public perception of company.
• Convert information into news and quickly understand clients business.
• Create message-based creative communications programs that exceed client business objectives.
• Write interesting and effective press releases, prepare information for media kits and develop and maintain company internet or intranet web pages.
• Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics
• Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media
• Attract, motivate, retain, empower and coach staff, and will possess the confidence essential to manage a team.
• Draft speeches for company executives, and arrange interviews and other forms of contact for them.
• Develop and oversee teams' performance, ensuring quality work is done, efficient processes are in place, and client requests are handled in a timely fashion.
• Assist the business development team in terms of providing tactical support and scouting for opportunities for business enhancement.
• Help the team in preparing for BD pitch (presentations/ information gathering) and forwarding business opportunities and leads to the business development.
• Should be entrepreneurial and professional with impeccable written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Should have good analytical and writing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Should have ability to manage a network of global PR agencies; international media experience a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
