Designation - Client Servicing Executive
Requirement: 2 Position

Location: Vashi (Navi Mumbai)
Key Responsibilities & Job description:
Co-ordinate between Sales Team & Clients for business development
Be solely responsible for continuous follow-ups with clients until prospects are converted into buyers.
Comfortable with handling data of Sales Admin, Customer Service parameters, Basic analysis of data and handling data queries.
Interact with clients to know their property requirements, suggest suitable properties, Follow up for Site Visits, Guide clients for Site visit purpose, know their whereabouts, co-ordinate with Sales Team & Team Manager for executing Site Visits and ensure client is followed up until closure.
Thoroughly knowledgeable of Real Estate products and related processes for ensuring top most experience at all milestones of customer life cycle journey from sourcing to conversion & Reference generation.
Creating Daily & weekly reports and submission to the superiors.
Basic Areas of Knowledge & Skills :
Good communication skills in English.
Should possess good probing skills.
Should possess good listening skills & customer relationship management skills.
Candidate staying in and around Navi Mumbai will be preferred.
Tele calling Experience
Immediate Joinee's preferred.
