* Handling day-to-day activities of the jobs assigned.
* Handling calls on day to day basis and resolving issues of our clients.
* Work closely with our clients to ensure the assigned tasks are completed within SLA.
* Work on the company set expectations and reach the goal.
* Maintaining the reports related to the tasks/jobs assigned.
* Taking proactive steps in resolving the client queries.
* Making accurate decisions in handling the tasks/jobs to resolve them effectively.
* Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
* Troubleshooting processing issues.
Job Requirements-
* Bachelor’s degree.
* Previous experience as a process associate.
* Familiarity with our industry is a plus.
* Advanced communication skills.
* Analytical thinker.
