Job Description
- Prepare designs and design documents, project plans, contract and working drawings, contract specifications, estimates if quantities, etc. of multiple projects.
- Ensure proper project planning, ensure proper material ordering and procurement to ensure optimum availability of material and man-power resources on site.
- Participate in and supervise, major site operations by observing, checking the installation of electrical and electro - mechanical materials and equipment, and checking/inspecting the performance and the results of materials and equipment supplied at the job site.
- Involvement in the co-ordination activities during construction, erection, installations and commissioning of electrical projects of the company and resolve any technical/Commercial ambiguities arising during the various period.
- Ensuring appropriate installation and commissioning of Electrical, ELV Equipment & Non-Electrical systems Transformers, Generators, Switchgear, Electrical Panels viz. AC / DC / Generator / Distribution panels, Cables, Cable trays, ducts, etc.
- Supervision of multiple teams, a small squad, unit or group engaged in the execution of provided design, erection supervision, inspection and testing or drafting and tracing work.
- Ensuring that Quality and HSE Policies and Guidelines are followed in work design and proper working conditions are present for all company employees / Sub-Contractors operating under supervision on the project.
- Participate in and manage the measurement and billing of jobs and contracts in compliance with work order and company policies and ensure timely submission of required documents.
- Work in accordance with Policies / Processes set by the Management from time to time; to ensure successful project delivery.
- Participate in and supervise the operation and maintenance of existing systems and preparation of recommendations for alterations, up-gradations or repairs relating to assigned projects.
