Job Description
- End to End Recruitment.
- Experience in IT or Non IT.
- Making use of effective recruitment and resourcing strategies such as focused portals, networking, and reference generation.
- Handling initial round of HR interview in order to judge the candidate's suitability, Attitude, Academic & professional qualification, experience, communication skills etc, before forwarding it to the client.
- To play mediators role in negotiation between clients/companies and candidates in order to keep both party profit and satisfaction.
- To maintain MIS.
- 2nd & 4th Saturdays off .
- Fix Office timings (9:30 AM - 6:30 PM).
- Most Centralized Commercial location in South Delhi.
- Metro & very good Bus Connectivity.
- Excellent & Healthy work environment.
- Exposure to work in different domains with MNC Companies.
- No Salary Bar for good candidate.
- Good office infrastructure.
- Very good learning environment.
- Pink line (Bhikaji Cama Place) metro station is starting soon.
