JOB description :

• Should take round at every Ward Daily.
  
• Should directly responsible for supervision of patient care with the assistance of RMO/MO  as per the advice of Consultant.
  
• Should go through the entire cases sheet which has been referred to him in daily basis.
  
• Initiate and alter in-patient prescriptions at Consultant’s request.
  
• To be familiar with all relevant procedure and policies.
  
• To carry out emergency treatment procedure and complete appropriate documentation as per hospital policy.
  
• Should carry out all duties where the RMO/MO is not available.
  
• Should authorise to issue death certificate.
  
• Should take round at WARD daily and responsible for attending patient on call.
  
• Should maintain all records & resisters of patients.
  
• Should perform such duties as one allotted to him.
  

JOB SPECIFICATION

• Education & Experience: Should be MBBS with post graduation degree from a reputed institution with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in speciality care.
  
• Required skills: Implies the latest methods of diagnosis and treatment of diseases. Verbal Ability and communication Skill. Work accurately and with minimal supervision.
  
• Required Knowledge:    Knowledge of management of patients and provide back-up support to  the consultant.
  
• REPORTING :- Report to Medical Superintendent.
  
• Working Time: Morning Shift/Evening Shift/Night Shift in rotation wise with 48 working hours/week.
  
• Remuneration: Rs.60000/- per month (consolidated)
