Job Description and Roles and Responsibilities:
Sales Executive:
- Generating Sales from Existing Customers and also developing New Leads.
- Building a relationship with the team for achieving Sales targets.
- Visiting Customers & arranging Customer Visits to Project Sites.
- Respond to Customers Queries on time.
- Attending Project Exhibitions and Events.
- Must be Energetic and Enthusiastic with a pleasing personality.
- Responsible to attend inquiries generated.
- Maintaining and expanding customer base.
- Develop a good relationship with customers.
- Propose solutions as per the buyer’s needs.
- Managing activities about negotiating/finalization of deals.
- MIS Reports.
- Must be Energetic and Enthusiastic with a pleasing personality.
- Schedule and conduct weekly Sales Meetings
- Report on Sales activities to Senior Management.
- Reaching the Targets and Goals set.
- Design and implement Sales & Marketing Strategies in line with the Company’s Business Objectives.
- Setting individual Sales Targets with the Sales Team & manage the team.
- Compiling and analyzing Sales Figures.
- Keeping up to date with Projects and Competitors.
- Deliver Sales Numbers as per Business Plan, both in terms of sourcing and closing.
- Support the team for effective deal Closure.
- Oversee the response to the queries of the prospective customers.
- Must be a Dynamic and aggressive person with Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Must have good team handling skills.
- Must be able to train, motivate, and mentor his team members.
Education Qualification: Diploma (Required), Graduation (Preferred).
Languages are Known: Telugu (Mandatory), English (Required), Hindi (Preferred).
