JD: Primary Skills: [Experience: 3 ¿ 6.5 Years]
Candidate should have hands on experience and strong knowledge on MSI packaging.¿ Experience building MSI¿s or MST using Wise Package Studio 7.0 or Install Shield 2012.
- ¿ Knowledge on creation of merge modules, packaging customization.
- ¿ Knowledge of IT infrastructure and client server application.
- ¿ Using shims and other techniques for Application compatibility remediation.
- ¿ Experience in using Troubleshooting Tools (Picture Taker, orca, ProcMon/FileMon/RegMon, Beyond Compare etc.)
- ¿ Experience on Virtualization (APPV 4.6 SP1, APPV 5.0 and APPV 5.1)
- ¿ Should be able to write custom scripts with either VB Script or PowerShell.
- ¿ Good understanding of different Operating System(s): Windows 7 / Windows 8.1.
- ¿ Candidate should have experience on Deployment Tools: SCCM.
- ¿ Experience in Microsoft patch management.¿ Knowledge on ITIL processes.
- ¿ Strong interpersonal, customer orientation, team interaction, analytical and decision making skills.¿ Good communication skills and ability to understand and handle client requirements.
- ¿ Certification in any stream from packaging tools or SCCM would be an added advantage.
