Job Description

Troubleshoots hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
Maintains inventory documentation of all server, network, computer equipment, peripherals, and corresponding configurations
Collaborates with vendors for software and hardware installations, troubleshooting, administration, and maintenance.
Management and support of the various environments
Maintains records in work order system.Installs printers on print server as required
Maintains knowledge of current trends in computer support.Windows servers 2012 R2 and Hyper V, System Center
Fortigate Firewall Management
Centrally Managed Antivirus. Preferably K7 AntiVirus.
Disaster Recovery methodologies and practice
Manage Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, Gsuite and Mail Server Administration. Maintain the mail Servers with all necessary adding new users, deleting users, etc.,MS SQL server & Other Database installations.
Database management and support the security of the server infrastructure maintain documentation about current environment setup, standard operating procedures, and best practices.
Manage end user accounts, permissions, access rights, and storage allocations in accordance with best practices
Perform and test routine system backups and restores. Back-up and disaster recovery measures
Anticipate, mitigate, identify, troubleshoot, and correct hardware and software issues on servers, and workstations.
Escalate incidents as necessary.
Recommend, schedule, and perform software and hardware upgrades, patches and reconfigurations
Contributing to technical strategy, policy and procedure.
Keep the Production of technical documentation for patch movements.Maintain SVN for all the source codes.Maintain Application / Database Servers accordingly.
Follow the patch movement process very strictly
Sending Daily updates
Keep the IT Asset Register Up to Date always
Restricted and Ensure the Access permissions
Maintain and availability Good Internet and Infra environment according to the need of the organization without any delays
Keep the good system for Employees Prepare the checklist for all IT related Activities and keep it for anytime audit
Keep the Backup list of customer deliverables.
Do the regular Restore check for ensure the backup.
