Sr Systems Engineer

Education:Graduate in any discipline, preferably an MBA.
Responsibilities :
- Procurement of Technology Assets/ Peripherals/Accessories for managing BAU OPS/Projects/Ramp ups;
- Planning & manage Capex & Opex Budgets
- Raising Procurement requisitions in Ariba & tracking until PO\Payment release to vendor.
- Software procurement, capacity management & planning
- Participate in RFPs and ensure timely closure by close coordination with sourcing
- Engaging Sourcing team for new\renewal of AMCs, services and contracts
- Submitting Check Requisitions for vendor payments & ensuring payments are released within SLA
- Close coordination with Finance & Supply Chain for Technology Procurement.
- Vendor Liasioning for Delivery of Assets/Peripherals in agreed time lines.
- Coordination with Facilities to ensure assets imported are customs cleared and handed within agreed timelines to user department.
- Coordination with various stakeholders like (Finance/ Corp Security/ Corp Work Place/ Taxation), Technology Managers, Technology Point of Contact, Fulfilment teams
- Coordinating with Remote teams members to manage the procurement cycle
- Provide inputs in preparing the Technology forecast and tracking the same.
- Manage the process BPMs, documents and ensure adherence to compliance at all times
