Introduction
As an Orchestration Specialist / Senior Orchestration Specialist, you will support sales productivity and deal progression by securing the “technical close” in complex solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with sales, service, engineering, and technical support resources to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately address customer needs and are appropriately supported by key customer technical decision-makers. You will achieve signings, revenue and gross profit quota with quarterly objectives determined and agreed to mutually between the individual and management.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• BCP -DR Application Architecture: Demonstrate your understanding of customer IT-DR for On-Prime/Off-Prime/Hybrid Infrastructure for the application
• You will understand DR-DRILL Manual RUN-BOOK, to map them into IBM Resiliency Orchestration solution (Sanovi DRM solution)
• Content Maintenance: Perform updates, revisions, materials subject to maintenance include: LLD, HDL, Solution Design/Approach document, Technical Reports, PPTs, FAQs, White papers, etc.
• Training: Develop Operational (or) technical training contents in the form of PPT presentations, Demos and Webinars for the implementation landscape (customer environment). Training audience will include Internal/Channel Partners/Customers
• Education and Self Development: continue to develop Domain expertise through external and internal training and excel as a technical evangelist in the latest Disaster Recovery area of expertise
• Customer Interaction: Engage with IBM Sales/Presales when required and provide domain expertise/demo’s and participates in sessions with Executive briefing with the customer. This involves briefing and discussion at Executive level. Along with key responsibility of implementing product on-site at customer place coordinating with customer/customers-vendors/partners

Required Professional and Technical Expertise

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in database/storage/Replication solutions
• Expertise in DR Solution development and implementation
• Proficient in Data Protection (Back-up & Recovery, BCP – DR, Storage Replication, Database Native Replications, Data Archival & Retention) for application workloads such as MS SQL, Exchange, Oracle, SAP, VMware, Hyper – V, azure, AWS Blumix etc.
• Hands-on experience with Standalone and Clustered UNIX(AIX/Solaris/HPUX/RHEL/etc) and windows platform
• Demonstrated ability in TCL/Shell/Batch/PowerShell/Expect Scripts or similar scripting languages
• Experience in using the conditional statement, loops, list items, get string & date manipulation etc. Ability to write scripts that integrate with different technologies using CLI’s /API’s
• In-depth understanding and proven knowledge of any Storage Replication technology with various DR Scenarios

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise

• Prior experience On-premises/Cloud/Hybrid architecture model in desired
• Working knowledge of Virtualization database/storage solutions with understanding of cloud architectures
