We are seeking an Operations professional for Banking and Cash Solutions – Personal Trust Services business to support the operations on reconciliation work. The person will be responsible for resolving the reconciliations and closing it within SLAs.
End-to-end ownership starting from analyzing information/identification of the variances to closure of open items
APTS Control environment to include the following reconciliation activities:
o Beta to CFO Position/Cash recon and reporting
o Beta to CFO Account Recon
o Beta to CFO Cost Basis
o DDA Reporting and Clearance Coordination
o Overdraft Clearing and Reporting
o PDS to CFO Recon, Reporting and Clearing
o ITM to CFO Recon, Reporting and Clearing
Cross Training APTS Operations Staff on Reconciliation Activities
Meet business objectives/achieve desired status for each reconciliation area, on an ongoing basis
Coordinate with Personal Trust Services and Accounting teams to provide clearance/enable desired actions
Report progress/other updates to keep the concerned parties well informed
Meet quality benchmarks & SLA requirements on an ongoing basis
Postgraduation in finance
3-4 years of related experience in banking/trust services domain
Strong academic background with good analytical and problem-solving skills
Should be aware about financial concepts and accounting
Intermediate to advanced working knowledge and experience on MS Excel & Accounting software
