Job Description

Applications are invited in the prescribed format for the position of senior research fellow (SRF) (01no.)on purely contractual basis(for the period of0 1year and six months)to work in the externally funded(MoFPI) research project

1. Title of the Project: “Development of Blockchain based Traceability Solution for Agri-Food Supply Chains”

2. Position: SRF (01 No.)

3. Essential qualification:

a. M.Sc/M.Tech/MBA (with 4years/5 years of UG + 2 years of PG) in the area of Industrial Engineering/ Food Plant Operations Management/ AgriBusiness Management/Food Supply Chain Management/ Operation and Production Management/Agriculture/Horticulture/Agriculture Engineering with a minimum of aggregate 60% marks. Or

b. Candidates having M.Sc Agriculture/Horticulture or MBA-Agribusiness Management (with 3 years of UG + 2 years of PG) should have cleared NET (National eligibility test) exam and 2 years of research experience or PhD in the above disciplines.

4. Desirable requirements: Candidates should have cleared National Eligibility Tests –CSIR/UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) or GATE Candidates with experience in the area of blockchain technology and/or relevant publications in Scopus/WoS indexed and SCI journals are highly preferred.

5. Fellowship permonth INR 31000/- + HRA (@08%)
