Job Description
Title of Project: ICMR-funded project entitled “A study on detection of Fusobacterium necrophorum as
an emerging etiological agent of acute pharyngitis and pharyngotonsillitis [project id “2020-0956]”
Senior Research Fellow / 1
Pay Scale: Rs. 35,000 per month plus HRA as admissible
Age: upto 35 years (Relaxation upto 5 yrs in SC/ST candidates and upto 3 years in OBC candidates)

Post graduate Degree in Basic
Science and selected through a
process described through any
one of the following:
a) Scholars who are selected
through National Eligibility
Tests- CSIR-UGC, NET
including lectureship (Assistant
Professorship) and GATE.
b) The selection process through National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their agencies and Institutions such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MHRD, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER etc. plus Two years Research experience Certificate course/ hands on Experience in Molecular techniques
