Amity University invites application for the position SRF Bioinformatics

Name of the Research Project: “Development of Machine Learning-based Drug repurposing pipeline against SARS-CoV-2 and Human proteome”.

Total Vacancy: 1 Post

Essential qualifications and experience: Masters (M.Sc or M.Tech) or PhD in Bioinformatics, IT, CS

Degree major : Bioinformatics/Computer Sciences, IT, Life Sciences, Physical Sciences, Chemical Sciences, Mathematical Sciences or Statistics, Agriculture, Veterinary, Medicine, Pharmacy, Engineering & Technology with a minimum of 60% (or equivalent CGPA) from recognized University.Preference given to BINC (Bioinformatics National Certification)/DBT- BET/ICMR/ CSIR /UGC/ JRF/ NET qualified candidates. However, Non-NET candidates are also encouraged to apply.Experience of working with programming, NGS data and its analysis.Having adept knowledge of molecular biology techniques.Having interest in bioinformatics, programming, computational or software development.

Fellowship / Monthly compensation: Rs. 45,300/-pm (Inclusive HRA)
