Project entitled : “Dysferlinopathies- Biochemical morphological and proteomic analysis.”
Essential Qualification: M.Sc Biotechnology. Desirable Experience in techniques related to diagnosis of muscle disorders (enzyme histochemistry, immunochemistry and western blots) bio chemical assays, basics of molecular biology including DNA extraction and PCR, cloning transgenic models.
