SRF Biotechnology recruitment in Tezpur University

Project Title : “Establishment of Institutional Level Biotech Hubs (IBThubs) by DBT under Special Programme for North Eastern States of India under the ‘Institutional Level Biotech Hubs (IBThubs), (Advanced Level)”

Essential Qualifications: Eligibility prescribed for Junior Research Fellow (JRF) as per DBT guidelines with two years of research experience. (Eligibility for JRF-First Class M.Sc. in Biotechnology/ Life Sciences/ BioMedical Sciences/ Bio Sciences OR post graduate degree in Professional course MD/MS/MDS). Preference will be given to the candidates with NET/BET/GATE Desirable Qualification: Experience in the area of Disease Biology/Immunology/Human Genetics and Clinical Research

Fellowship: Rs. 28,000/- (Rupees twenty eight thousand) only plus 10% HRA as admissible per month for candidates with NET/GATE/BET/BINC qualification or Post Graduate degree in Professional course, otherwise (candidates without NET/GATE/BET/BINC qualification) Rs.14,000/- (Rupees fourteen thousand) only plus 10% HRA as admissible per month.

Age Limit: Candidate shall not be more than 32 years of age on the date of interview. Upper age limit may be relaxed as per Government of India rules.

Duration: Initially for a period of one (01) year and extendable till completion of the project based on the performance of the candidate or until further order, whichever is earlier.
