SRF Botany recruitment in Bharathiar University
Title of the Project: ‘Bioinformatics approach for inhibition of toxic action of Russel’s viper venom PLA2 by Lichen compounds validated through Albino Wistar rats model’.
Essential: M.Sc. in Botany / Biotechnology / Life Science / Biological Science. Desirable: Candidates with NET / CSIR / UGC / ICMR etc. will be given more preference (or) Two years’ research experience in the relevant fields along with good publications in peer reviewed journals. A keen interest in bioprospecting, bioinformatics and animal model research are essential. S/he will have an excellent scientific track record, committed to a scientific career and will be keen to work in an interdisciplinary team.
Monthly Pay: Rs.28,000/- p.m. + 10% HRA (As per ICMR rules)
Duration: Three years
