SRF Botany Job in CCRAS at Jhansi

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for engagement of Senior Research Fellow (Botany) to be filled purely on contractual/tenure/on consolidated remuneration basis for a period of six months (further extendable based on the performance & policy of CCRAS) under the project "Establishment of National Raw Drug Repository at Regional Ayurveda Research Institute (RARI), Jhansi" funded by National Medicinal Plant Board (NMPB), Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India.

a. Essential:1. Post Graduate degree in Botany from a recognized University/lnstitution.

2. 02 years research/teaching experience medicinal plants after obtaining post graduate degree.

b. Desirable: 1. Preference will be given to those who possess higher qualification or who have previous research experience i.e. having worked for any research project founded by the Ministry of AYUSH, ICMR, CSIR, DST or equivalent organization.

2. Skills of drafting editing of scientific documents/ articles/ technical reports etc. and working experience in managing research journals. Publication in peer reviewed journals. 

3. Working knowledge of computer applications.
