SRF /Field Assistant job vacancies in Indian institute of Soil Science
1. Senior Research Fellow (01 position)
Essential: M. Sc. in Agronomy/ Soil Science and Agricultural Chemistry/Soil Physics/Agricultural Physics/Soil Science with 4/5 year of Bachelor’s degree.
Candidates having post graduate degree in Basic Sciences with 3 years Bachelor’s degree and 2 years Master’s degree must have N.E.T./ GATE qualification .
Desirable: Knowledge and experiences of working with field experiments/data collection from field/analysis of data/Hands on experience with analysis of soil properties/Crop simulation modelling
Pay Scale: Rs.25000/- per month (fixed) + HRA for first & second year Rs. 28000/- per month (fixed)+HRA for third year onwards
2. Field Assistant / 01 position
Project: “Ensuring Food Security, Sustainabilit y and soil health through resource conservation based Farmer First Approach in Central India”.
Essential: Graduate in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Botany/ including other relevant disciplines.
Desirable: Experience of working with farmers/farmer’s field under participatory mode and Computer work.
Pay Scale : Rs.15000/- per month (fixed)
3. Field Assistant /01 position
Project: “Development refinement and validation of conservation agriculture in Vertisols of Central and quantifying impact of CA practices on soil and environment”
Essential: Graduate in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Botany/ including other relevant disciplines.
Desirable: Experience of working 10.00 a.m. with farmers/farmer’s field under participatory mode and Computer work.
Pay Scale : Rs.15000/- per month (fixed)
Age limit: for Senior Research Fellow/Field Assistant is 35 years for Men & 40 years for Women (relaxation of age in case of SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates as per Government norms).
