SRF Food Science recruitment in Banaras Hindu University
Project Entitled : Process Development for Vitamin A, D and Micro-encapsulated 0mega -3 Fatty Acids Fortified Milk and its Evaluation on school going Children
Qualification : M.Sc./ M.Sc.(Ag.)/ M. Tech or equivalent in Dairy Technology, Food Science & Technology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology etc. having at least 55% marks.NET/GATE or equivalent. In addition to this, at least two years research experience in related field is mandatory for the post of SRF.
Desirable Qualifications: Working experience with HPLC, GC, GCMS, LCMS, AAS, Spray Dryer, Microencapsulation Process.
