Project titled: “bIo-mimetic and phyto-techNologies DesIgned for low-cost purificAtion and recycling of water (INDIA-H2O)”

SRF (Code: INDIA-H2OSRF)/ 01 posts(Candidates may also appear in Walk in mode)

Eligibility: M.E/ M. Tech (Thermal/ Environmental / Hydro/ Energy/ Mechanical/ Civil with B.E/ B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering/ Chemical/ Energy/ Environment) with at least 02 years of research experience.

Desired:The candidate should have experimental exposure to water treatment processes like Electro coagulation, Chemical coagulation, Electro dialysis, Multi effect distillation, Reverse Osmosis, Forward Osmosis and fouling analysis on membranes etc. and should possess the knowledge of theoretical analysis of various water treatment processes. Industrial exposure with water treatment processes will be an added advantage. Experience of water analysis and testing lab will also be considered for added advantage.

Fellowship: INR35000/- + HRAas per DBT norms.

Eligibility: M.E/ M. Tech(Thermal/ Environmental / Hydro/ Energy/ Mechanical/ Civil with B.E/ B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering/ Chemical/ Energy/ Environment)

Desired: The candidate should have experimental exposure to water treatment processes like Electro coagulation, Chemical coagulation, Electro dialysis, Multi effect distillation and Reverse Osmosis, Forward Osmosis and fouling analysis on membranes etc. and should possess the knowledge of theoretical analysis of various water treatment processes. Industrial exposure with water treatment processes and experience of water analysis and testing lab will also be considered for added advantage.

Knowledge of applying renewable energy sources like solar, wind, Industry waste heat and biomass etc for desired outcomes by design and integration of systems. Exposure to numerical and analytical solution/ analysis of heat and mass transfer mechanism and detailed exposure to CFD software and programming language.

Fellowship: Rs.31000/- + HRA as per DBT norms.

Project Assistant (Code: INDIA-H2O PA)/01 Posts

Eligibility: Diploma in Engg. or Graduate

Desired: Knowledge of report writing, excel, maintaining files and office handling. An exposure to analysis of renewable energy based water treatment will be an added advantage. Industrial exposure with water treatment processes like Electro coagulation, Chemical coagulation, Electro dialysis, Multi effect distillation and Reverse Osmosis etc. will be an added advantage. Experience of water analysis and testing lab will also be considered for added advantage.

Fellowship: 15000/- per month.

Duration: One year, (May be extended till project completion based on the performance)

Field Labour  (Code: INDIA-H2O FL)/02 Posts

Eligibility: Diploma in Mechanical/ ITI in fitter or Mechanical or 12th pass with desired experience

Desired: The candidate should be conversant and familiar with latest agricultural practices. Industrial exposure with water treatment processes like Electro coagulation, Chemical coagulation, Electro dialysis, Multi effect distillation and Reverse Osmosis etc. and experience of water analysis and testing lab will also be considered for added advantage.

Fellowship: 12000/- per month

Duration: One year, (May be extended till project completion based on the performance)
