Project Title: “ Incidence of Imatinib resistance and associated BCR-ABL kinase domain mutations among Chronic Myeloid Leukemia patients in North East Indian population'.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:   1st class in post graduate degree in basic Sciences (Life Science/ Biotechnology/ Genetics/ Microbiology)with NET qualification and 2 years  research experience. The candidates experience in Molecular Biologywill be preferred.

Desirable: Experience in Molecular Biology.

Age: The upper age limit is 28 years as on 31st March, 2019.

Stipend: Rs. 28,000 + 30%  HRA.

Emoluments : Rs. 28000/- + HRA. (SRF without NET Qualification may be considered on  an emoluments of Rs.14000/-+ HRA.)

Project: ‘‘Assessing the role of micro RNA in clinical severity of Thalassemia patients, and in hydroxyurea mediated HbF induction. ’’
