SRF Marine Biology job Position in Central Marine Fisheries
Research Institute on temporary & contract basis
Name of Project: Enhancing production of farmed Cobia (Rachycentron canadum) through the establishment of broodbank and supply of larvae to states for seed production
Qualification: Master's degree in Aquaculture/Fishery Science/Marine Biology/ Zoology/ Marine Sciences (or) related.
Desirable: Experience in hatchery / fish.farming operations; Published research papers in the relevant field.

Upper age limit: 35 years for men and 40 years for women (age relaxation applicable for OBC/SC/ST candidate as per GOI norms)
Place of Posting: Mandapam Regional Centre of CMFRI Mandapam Camp

Master's degree shall be in the relevant subiect with 4/ 5
years of Bachelor's degree or for candidates with 3
years Bachelor's degree and 2 years Master's degree
should have NET* or equivalent qualification as
mentioned in revised ICAR guidelines.
Desirable: Experience in hatchery / fish.farming operations; Published research papers in the relevant field.

Pay Scale : Rs.25000/-+ HRA per month in the first two years and
