Job Description
Title of the Project : Development of Riboflavin Enriched Probiotic Fermented Product Mitigate Riboflavin Deficiency In India and South African Children
Essential Qualification : Masters with 60% marks in the areas of Microbiology, / Biotechnology/ Medical Biotechnology/ Food Biotechnology or any discipline of Life Sciences with specialization or thesis in Microbiology and Molecular Biology related area. Candidates with background of working experience in Food Microbiology will be preferred. (Preference will be given to NET qualified candidates) Candidate must have two years research experience in the relevant area. Preferential qualification : Candidates must have expertise in handling and working in the field of bacteriology and molecular biology.
