SRF Plant Breeding job recruitment in Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology of Jammu on temporary & contract basis
Project entitled: “Induction of anthracnose resistant mutants in locally adapted genotypes of Rajmash (Phaseolus vulgaris L)”
Qualificaiton: M.Sc. in Biotech. / Plant Breeding & Genetics/ Plant Biotech./ Vegetable Science/ Plant Biochem./ Seed Technology/ Plant Pathology/ M. Tech. (Biotech.)/MSc Agricultural Sciences Two Years of Research Experience in the concerned field.
Desirable Qualifications: Hybridization work in pulses especially in Phaseolus vulgaris L with expertization in tissue culture (Embryo Rescue Techniques) and Marker Assisted Selection. Good experience in data recording, analysis of data with Microsoft excel analysis. Mutation and Molecular Breeding on Phaseolus vulgaris L Experience of Computer Applications in Crop Improvement Programme.
