SRF Plant Breeding/ Skilled Helpler recruitment in Indian Agricultural Research Institute. purely on contractual

01. Senior Research Fellow (SRF) /01Post

ICAR funded Project entitled “CRP in Biofortification in selected crops for nutritional security”.

Essential : M.Sc. (Ag.) degree in Genetics/Plant Breeding/ Genetics & Plant Breeding/ Ag. Botany/Biochemistry. with 4 years bachelor’s degree. Those with 3 years bechelor’s degree must have NET qualification or Ph.D. in relevant subject. Desirable : Experience of working with field crops; and basic computer skills.

Pay Scale: Rs. 25000/-+20% HRA (As per ICAR Memorandum F. No. gri.Edn./6/27/2014/HR D, dated 13.07.2015 and F. No. Agri.Edn./6/27/2014/ HRD, dated 09.10.2015)

02. Skilled Helpler/ 04 Posts

Project entitled “Strengthening of Wheat Programme in Central India”.

Essential : 10th or equivalent from recognized board. Desirable : Experience in field and lab work related to agriculture.

Pay Scale: Rs. 11000

Age limit : Maximum age is 35 years for SRF and 30 years for Skilled Helper (age relaxation of five years for SC/ST & women and three years for OBC).
