SRF/Project Assistant Environmental Science recruitment in Central Research Institute for Jute & Allied Fibres (CRIJAF) on contract basis
Project entitled : “Assessment of vulnerability of jute production to climate change and its mitigation strategies development using remote sensing and GIS in West Bengal”
SRF/01 Post
Qualification : Master’s degree in Remote Sensing & GIS/ Environmental Science, Agrometeorology/ Geography/ Geology/ Applied Geology/ Soil Science/ Agronomy or equivalent (Minimum 55% marks for General category and 50% marks for SC/ST/OBC candidates) with 2 years’ experience in RS & GIS/Agricultural research or equivalent. Desirable : PG Diploma in Geoinformatics or equivalent NET/GATE/SLET qualified, knowledge in computer programing for spatial data analysis, RDBMS etc.

Qualification :Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 45% marks.Certificate in Computer application of at least six months duration from a reputed organization
