SRF/Young Professional recruitment in Indian Agricultural Research Institute project on temporary basis
1 ICARDA funded Project entitled “Deployment of high yielding stress tolerant and top industrial quality durum wheat elites to targeted growing regions of India”
Senior Research Fellow (One post)
Pay Scale : Rs. 31000/- per month + HRA as per rule
Essential Qualification: Master degree in Genetics/ Plant Breeding/ Genetics & Plant Breeding/Ag. Botany/Biotechnology/Life Sciences/ Bio-chemistry/Plant Pathology.
Desirable : Experience of working with field crops; and basic computer skills Eligibility Criteria: Master degree with 4 years of Bachelor’s degree OR Post graduate degree in basic sciences with 3 years Bachelor’s degree and 2 years Masters’s degree should have NET qualification (ICAR – F.No. Edn./6/ 27/2014/HRD dated 13.07.2015) OR Ph.D. degree in relevant subject (ICAR-F.No. Agril Edn. /6/27/2014/ HRD dated 09.10.2015)
2 BMZ Funded Project “Scaling breeding and agronomic management for increasing wheat productivity in adaptation to climate change causing rising temperature and water scarcity in South Asia”

Pay Scale : Rs. 25000/- per month consolidated
Essential : M.Sc. degree in any discipline of Agricultural / Life Sciences (Genetics/ Plant Breeding/ Genetics & Plant Breeding/ Ag. Botany/ Biotechnology/ Bio-chemistry/Plant Pathology) Desirable: Experience in field and lab work related to agriculture.

Pay Scale : Rs. 25000/- per month consolidated
Essential : Post Graduate degree in any discipline of Agricultural / Life Sciences (Genetics/ Plant Breeding/ Genetics & Plant Breeding/ Ag. Botany/ Seed Technology/Plant Pathology/Biochemistry) Desirable: Experience in field and lab work related to agriculture, and basic computer skills. .
Age limit: The upper age limit is 35 years; relaxation to SC/ST/OBC/PH/ Ex-Serviceman/Women as per the Govt. of India instructions.
