Project Fellow Computer Science/ Field Assistant job Vacancy in Sri Padmavati Mahila Visvavidyalayam (SPMVV) purely temporary basis
Project Title : “Molecular and Pattern Identification of Indian Mariculture fauna using DNA Barcoding and Soft Computing Techniques”.
1. For PI’s Project Fellow
Qualification : Passed MCA/M.Sc. (Computer Science)/M.Tech(CSE/IT) with minimum 55% marks. Experience in MATLAB programming is preferred.
2. For Co-PI’s Project Fellow
Qualification : I Class Masters in zoology/ Biotechnology/Life Sciences Desirable: i. Wet lab techniques viz: Genomic DNA isolation, Gene amplification, DNA Barcoding, sequencing, Molecular Phylogenetic analysis. ii. Dry lab techniques/ tools pertaining to Gene/Protein sequence analysis, sequencing, Clustering Designing of primers, DNA Barcoding Molecular phylogenetic analysis. iii. Efficient computational communicational skills. (M.Sc., Students awaiting results may also apply)
Fellowship: Rs.25,000+ Rs.5000 HRA pm
Duration: 3 years

Qualification : Any Graduate Degree with Computer Knowledge. (Men is also eligible)
