Job Summary: -
Ticketing Executive job will be mainly responsible for Booking passengers tickets and cancelling tickets.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Ticket Booking
- Checking ticket status of passengers and updating the same to travellers
- Checking the Boarding pass.
- Ensuring good customer service
- Loading and unloading of luggage
- Helping passengers with departure and arrival time.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Age should be between 18 to 30 years
- Minimum 10th pass and above
- Good Communication
