Job Description

To Monitor patient's condition & assess their needs to provide to best possible care\adives
To Observes & interpret patients symptoms& communicate them to physician To Collaborate with physicians & nurse to advise individualized care plans for patients
To Perform routine procedures { BP sugar. measurement. administering injections ect,} fill in patients charts,& checking the height & weight of the patients
To Inspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety {decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing bed etc,Provide instant medical care in emergencies and assist surgeons during operations
To Supervise & train LpNs & nursing assistant Proven experience as a registered nurse & excellent knowledge of nursing care methods & procedures
