Educational Qualification: B.SC IN NURSING or Post B.Sc Nursing (FULL TIME) after 10+12 Work experience : Minimum 2 years

Job Summary:

Monitoring vital signs.
ECG recording.
Sample collection.
Urinary catheterization
Enema administration
Administration of medication Vaccination Bladder wash
GRBS monitoring Ryles tube insertion
Medication adminstration
Pediatric care
Suture removal.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Educational Qualification :GNM OR DIPLOMA IN NURSING (FULL TIME) after 10+12
B.SC IN NURSING or Post B.Sc Nursing (FULL TIME) after 10+12
Work Experience :2 years to 4 Years (Preferably)
TIMINGS: 8 and 1/2 hrs
Note: Company transport will be provided for services from the branch to patient house and back to branch.
SHOULD BE WILLING TO WORK FOR HOME CARE
Should have Aadhar Card with DD/MM/YYYY

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Attend, administer, monitor, record all medical nursing service calls assigned.
Coordinating with physicians and other team members for creating and evaluating customized care plans.
Educating patients’ families about the disease and its treatment.
Interpret patient information and make critical decisions about needed actions.
Adhering with the protocols, norms, rules and regulations in order to maintain complete medical records.
Checking the stock on a regular basis for maintaining the inventory level, and placing orders if required.
Managing billing, accountable bill, receipt payable.
Maintain Nursing notes and report to the lead.
Responsible & accountable for stock provided.
Database management of patients and updation.
Maintaining reports of patients’ medical histories, and monitoring changes in their condition.
Handover work log during shift
