Home Health Nurse is a registered Nurse, who works with clients of all age groups at the clients residence. They should be,

-Able to provide nursing care, treatment, health education and emotional support to help the clients recover from injuries and illnesses.
-Able to assess the complications and ascertain prompt help by coordinating with Physicians and other healthcare professionals.
-Able to give first aid during emergency and escalate for medical assistance.

Responsibilities and Duties

-Provide care to clients with varied chronic debilitating disease conditions.
-Identify client care requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual clients.
-Provide care in a unique setting such as clients residence, establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual -support to clients, friends, and families.
-Promote client's independence by establishing client care goals; teaching client, friends and family to understand condition, medications and self-care skills; answering questions.
-Work independently and possess appropriate Nursing skills in addition to the ability to communicate with a wide range of individuals.
-Render quality care by adhering to therapeutic standards; measuring health outcomes against client care goals and standards; making or recommending necessary adjustments; following homecare and nursing division's philosophies and standards of care.
-Coordination of care by applying critical thinking, assessment, communication, documentation in emergenciessuch as heart attacks, strokes, burns as well as recovering clients.

Required Candidate profile

-B.Sc Nursing /GNM with 1-6 years experience
-Should be able to converse in english, hindi and telugu fluently
-Relevant experience in a leading hospital and prior health care experience is highly desirable.
-Ready to work in shifts, should be well versed in the local geography
-Ability to drive vehicles preferably two wheeler.
-Concern for customer service orientation, applying knowledge, advocacy and negotiation, inter personal skills and organization awareness.
