Roles and Responsibilities
To provide hands-on care to patients by administering medications, managing intravenous lines, observing and monitoring patients' conditions, maintaining records and communicating with doctors.
Required staff Nurse for specialized area's like - CCU, ICU, OT, CTVS, CATH LAB, ER, CTICU
Take over of all patients as per the guidelines and protocol.
Desired Candidate Profile
Should be able to deal with pressure and may have to work for long hours.
Excellent teamwork and people skills Observational skills Ability to use initiative Ability to deal with emotionally charged and pressured situations Stamina Resilience.
Qualification: BSC/ GNM having (0-5) Years of experience relevant experience in hospital
Candidate should have good communication skills.
Must have knowledge of various procedures required to take care of the patient, related to surgeries, post surgery, general care etc.
