Job Description

COMPREHENSIVE OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: The Nurse will deliver nursing care based on updated best practices and guide family members in home-based care. She will play a key role in the palliative care team, providing services at the RPC as well as during home visits. She will be responsible for maintaining accurate patient documentation. A significant part of her role involves offering emotional support and care to patients and their families. After receiving training, she will also train other stakeholders in palliative care.
