- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures.
- Monitor vital signs, lab results, and medical conditions.

- Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to ensure cohesive care.
- Delegate tasks and supervise nursing assistants.
- Participate in bedside reporting and handoffs.
3. Communication and Documentation:

- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and comprehensive medical records.
4. Safety and Quality:

- Identify and report safety concerns or near misses.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

- Stay current with medical knowledge, technologies, and best practices.
- Attend workshops, conferences, and training sessions.
Education and Qualifications:
1. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.

2. Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
3. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
4. Specialty certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS, CCRN) preferred.
