- Candidate should possess excellent written and verbal communication.
- Candidate should have cultivate good negotiation skills.
- Should be capable to work under pressure.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Candidate will be involved in end to end recruitment process.
- Understanding the job description in detail
- Sourcing a right candidate from the different job portal & other social media.
- Doing job posting in different portals.
- Interacting with the candidate for the job opening.
- Scheduling and coordinating for different modes of interview.
- Pre & post follow-up activities with the candidates
- Collection of documents from the shortlisted candidates.
- Offer negotiation & offer roll out.
- Follow-up with the candidates till they are on boarded.
- Preparing and sharing reports with the reporting managers.
