Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and responsible Stall Manager to represent the Tulips and Daffodils – Happiness in a Pot brand at Play Arena. This is a customer-facing role involving stall setup, sales, inventory handling, team coordination, and overall brand representation on-ground. The ideal candidate will be passionate about lifestyle products, customer service, and building a joyful, welcoming atmosphere that aligns with our brand’s vision: bringing happiness through handcrafted, plant-based gifting solutions.
As the face of the brand at the venue, you will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for customers, increasing brand visibility, and contributing to retail success through effective stall management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Stall Setup and Visual Merchandising

Set up and organize the Tulips and Daffodils stall at Play Arena daily or as scheduled.

Ensure branding materials (banners, logos, signage) are correctly displayed and aligned with brand standards.

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the stall at all times.

Arrange products creatively to attract walk-ins and maximize visibility.
2. Customer Interaction and Sales

Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products based on their preferences.

Explain product features, gifting options, pricing, and any ongoing promotions.

Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions using cash, UPI, card, or other accepted payment methods.

Upsell and cross-sell related items where appropriate to boost sales.

Provide after-sales care tips (e.g., for potted plants or eco-friendly items) to customers.
3. Brand Representation and Experience Management

Represent the Tulips and Daffodils brand positively and professionally.

Share the brand story and philosophy of “Happiness in a Pot” with customers to create a meaningful connection.

Encourage customer feedback and suggestions, and report insights to the marketing or product teams.

Offer samples or mini-experiences (if applicable), such as scent tests, plant care demos, or eco-packaging walkthroughs.
4. Inventory Management
-
Track incoming and outgoing stock daily.

Maintain a well-organized inventory system to monitor stock levels and avoid shortages.

Coordinate with the supply team to request refills/restocks in a timely manner.

Conduct end-of-day and end-of-week stock audits and submit reports to management.
5. Team Leadership (if applicable)

Supervise and guide stall assistants, part-time helpers, or volunteers (if any).

Delegate tasks such as restocking, customer engagement, or crowd management.

Ensure everyone on the team adheres to hygiene, safety, and customer service protocols.
6. Daily Operations and Reporting

Prepare and submit daily sales reports and customer interaction summaries.

Record challenges, special customer requests, or opportunities for improvement.

Maintain records of customer orders, if custom or pre-order options are available.
Skills and Qualifications:
Educational Qualification:

Minimum: 12th pass or equivalent.
-
Preferred: Graduate in Retail Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or related fields.
Experience:

Minimum years in retail sales, stall/event management, or customer service prefer.
-
Experience with lifestyle products, gifting, home decor, or plant-based merchandise is a strong advantage.

Freshers with excellent communication and a go-getter attitude may also apply.
Essential Skills:

Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Passion for plants, gifting, wellness, or eco-conscious living.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of daily operations.

Familiarity with POS machines, digital payments (Paytm, GPay, etc.), and inventory logs.

Creative thinking and a good aesthetic sense for visual merchandising.
