Job Description – Oyo Living – Stay Supervisor.

Role /Designation- Stay Supervisor.

•  Salary 15 in Hand + Free Accommodation in the same property

•  Under Graduate
  
•  Minimum 1 year of experience in Property Management /Warehouse Management /QSR Management
  
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi ( Read/Write/Speak)
  

• Facility Management
  
• Maintain Hygiene and Cleanliness through Housekeeping Agency
  
•  Ensure All common areas are clean and hygiene of the property is maintained . Ensure Service Level Agreements are achieved by Housekeeping Agency.
  
• Ensure Waste management and disposal is done on a daily basis
  
• Guest Room Cleaning schedule is maintained
  
• Operations of In Stay services and Guest Interaction
  
•  Guest Interaction. First POC for all guests. Polite, Well groomed behavior.
  
•  Coordinate or direct to Captain/POC for guest issues that raise.
  
•  Show around
  
• Electricity – Operation of DG, Ensure sufficient fuel in the DG, Collection of Electricity bills and handover to Captain. Knowhow of all the panels in the property , MCB switch mappings
  
• Common area light etc. operations, Escalate to correct POC in case of issues.
  
• Water- Drinking water. RO is working fine. Filter cleaning , Basic troubleshooting, Escalation. Incase RO is not working should arrange for alternative solutions, like mineral water cans, etc from local vendors. 
  
• Running Water- Motor Operation, Tank checks , both pump and overhead tank cleanliness levels,
  
•  Water pressure checks – Proactively call water tanker if there is an issue with the bore –well, water connections, collection of water bills and handover to captain.
  
• Wi-Fi- Ensure all the routers server racks are switched on, If internet is not working immediately raise the complain to vendor and follow up.  Preventive maintenance and AMC’s.
  
• CCTV – Ensure all the cameras are switched on working and recording 24X7. In case of issues raise the complain to POC and follow up on the same.  Monitor the CCTV when seated at the front desk. Knowhow of how to check the previous recordings.
  
•  Lift – Operational knowhow. Corresponding MCB, switch etc. details. Incase of emergency/ power failure – first respondent action POC, escalation Matrix, Monitor no misuse of lift by outsiders, vendor, delivery boys.
  

• Maintaining consumables , assets and inventory store.
  
• Daily checking of consumables like Housekeeping, Chemical, Mops, Garbage bags etc.
  
•  Ensure that inventory like linen pillow etc., are accounted for . Kitchen utensils, cooking ware etc. accounting and ensuring no guests are misusing the same.
  
• Key Management – Handling of spare keys , empty rooms key etc. Ensure that all empty rooms are accounted for and locked.
  
• Rules Enforcement – Enforcement of house rules . Prevent Misuse of Oyo Assets.
  
• Safety  and Security Management – Monitor visitor entry and manage register entries.
  
• Monitor Delivery boys and vendor activities. Check CCTV camera footage . Ensure All Entry, Exit points are secured , locked and closed.
