Job Description

The Entry Level Hiring Requirements focus on recruiting enthusiastic and motivated candidates who are passionate about experiential, hands-on education in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM). The role involves conducting interactive, project-based classroom sessions where students learn through experiments, models, robotics, coding, electronics, AI basics, and design thinking activities. Trainers are expected to guide students in building practical skills such as critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving while effectively managing lab tools, kits, and digital platforms. Candidates should possess strong communication and classroom management abilities, collaborate with school and internal teams, assess student progress, and contribute to curriculum improvement. A relevant bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Mechatronics, Robotics, AI & ML, Electronics Engineering, or related Physics/Electronics fields is required, with prior teaching or training experience preferred.
