The job requires visiting schools in Pune City. It involves conducting hands on activities with School students. Passion for doing hands on things is important. Good communication and lots of enthusiasm is must for candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct Hands-on STEM Sessions in Schools

Visit partner schools across Pune city as per the scheduled program.

Deliver engaging, interactive STEM workshops using curated kits and teaching tools.

Explain scientific principles and real-world applications in a fun, simplified manner.
2. Student Engagement

Involve students in practical learning through experiments, model building, coding activities, and DIY projects.

Encourage questions and curiosity among students from different age groups.

Manage classroom behavior and ensure safety during hands-on tasks.
3. Equipment Handling & Setup
-
Prepare teaching materials, experiment kits, and demonstration tools ahead of time.

Set up and pack down activity stations before and after each session.

Ensure equipment is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
4. Schedule Coordination

Follow daily or weekly school visit schedules as assigned by the program coordinator.

Be punctual and maintain professional conduct at all partner institutions.

Provide feedback after sessions to the program team for tracking and improvement.
5. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain session logs including number of students, topics covered, and student feedback.

Share photos/videos from workshops (as permitted by the school) for internal reporting.

Submit attendance, travel, and activity reports on time.
